Hey DP - did you see Deep Purple on their latest tour? Saw them last March when they came to Albuquerque. First time to see them with Ian Gillan. I was shocked to see how old he was but the man still has some serious pipes. It was a great show. [img]cool.gif[/img]

Madadman, No I missed the latest. Saw them on the last tour a few years ago. First time seeing them with Steve Morse. Gillan sounded great! His pipes
were fantastic! It was weird for me to see them missing Ritchie Blackmore. Morse did a terrific job in his place though. Gillan didn't look too bad, but Lord was starting to show some serious age. He's older than the rest of them, so I guess it was to be expected.
Sculpey, I love Beck BTW, I just didn't mention him. If I mentioned my whole list it would take a
page and a half! [img]wink.gif[/img] I have a slew of solo guitar players alone that would take up 3/4 of a page. [img]eek.gif[/img]
